Terms & Conditions

KYC verification is mandatory for all members.

Application fee of ₹100 applies once at enrollment.

Members must pay ₹1000 every month for 15 months.

Members may hold more than one gold card at a time.

Members may pay two or more installments together, subject to scheme rules and company approval flow.

Payment must be made on or before the 8th of every month.

Members who miss the due date will not be included in the Lucky Draw for that month.

Lucky Draw winners do not need to continue paying installments after the draw, subject to the configured winner continuation rule of the scheme.

Other eligible members must collect their gold within 30–60 days, subject to claim rules.

If payments are missed, no gold will be issued unless the full outstanding amount is cleared as per scheme rules.

No cash or monetary equivalent will be given instead of gold.

Gold offered will be 916 hallmark, and members must pay GST and making charges while availing gold.

RPM Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to cancel or modify terms, conditions, prizes, or scheme rules.

The decision of the organizers / management will be final.

Images of gold items shown in brochure, website, or public materials are for illustration purposes only.

After completing all 15 monthly installments, members become eligible for the configured completion gold benefit amount as per scheme rules.

All claims by the organization and its members fall under the jurisdiction of Udupi District.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೂ KYC ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ₹100 ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಒಂದೇ ಬಾರಿ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸದಸ್ಯರು 15 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ₹1000 ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗೋಲ್ಡ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬಹುದು.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಅನುಮೋದನಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಎರಡು ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳ 8ರ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಗಡುವಿನೊಳಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆ ತಿಂಗಳ ಲಕ್ಕಿ ಡ್ರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಲಕ್ಕಿ ಡ್ರಾ ವಿಜೇತರು ಡ್ರಾ ನಂತರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ವಿಜೇತ ಮುಂದುವರಿಕೆ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇತರೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಕ್ಲೈಮ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ 30–60 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ಪಾವತಿಗಳು ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸದವರೆಗೆ ಬಂಗಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಬಂಗಾರದ ಬದಲು ನಗದು ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಬಂಗಾರವು 916 ಹಾಲ್‌ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಂಗಾರ ಪಡೆಯುವಾಗ ಸದಸ್ಯರು GST ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಕಿಂಗ್ ಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.

RPM Gold and Diamonds ಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು, ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಇದೆ.

ಸಂಘಟಕರು / ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬ್ರೋಶರ್, ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾದ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ.

15 ತಿಂಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ನಿಗದಿತ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳింపు ಬಂಗಾರದ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾವೆಗಳು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
